Working flow:

1. After the equipment starts running, the feeding motor drives the conveyor belt to run, and the materials are continuously fed into the packaging machine. The feed is detected by the photoelectric switch. After the photoelectric switch detects the material, it sends a signal to the PLC.The PLC sends a signal to the laminated solenoid valve that controls the laminated cylinder according to the pre-programmed control program. The layer cylinder performs the layering action.

2. After the lamination is in place, the (lamination in place) magnetic switch detects the signal and sends a signal to the PLC. The PLC sets the output of the lamination solenoid valve position to 0 according to the program, the lamination solenoid valve coil is powered off, and the solenoid valve is reset , The laminated cylinder is reset. The stacking conditions are controlled by an external counter, adapt to different packaging varieties, can be manually reset, and are not affected by the program.

3. After the stacking conditions are met, it sends a signal to the PLC. According to the program, the PLC sends a signal to the push-pack solenoid valve that controls the push-pack cylinder, the push-pack solenoid valve coil is energized, the push-pack solenoid valve is commutated, and the push-pack cylinder performs the push After the package is pushed, the magnetic switch detects the signal and pushes the signal to the PLC.The PLC sends a signal to the stack solenoid valve that controls the stack cylinder. 0.

4. The stacking cylinder performs the stacking operation, and the pushing cylinder performs the reset operation. When the pushing cylinder returns to the neutral position, the magnetic switch detects the signal and sends a signal to the PLC. The fuse knife solenoid valve of the cylinder, the fuse knife solenoid valve coil is energized, the fuse knife solenoid valve is reversed, the fuse knife cylinder performs the fuse knife down sealing action, and the signal is detected by the (fuse knife in place) magnetic switch after the fuse knife cylinder is in place Send a signal to the PLC, the PLC sends a signal to the melting knife delay timer.

5. The timer is an external time relay used to control the sealing time of the fuse. The timer’s electrical signal is given to the PLC as a holding signal for the fuse being in place. After the delay of the fuse timer is off. The PLC sets the output of the melting knife and the stacking solenoid valve position to 0, the melting knife and the stacking solenoid valve are reset, and the melting knife and the stacking cylinder perform a reset action. While the sealing operation of the fuse cylinder is performed, the push cylinder continues to be reset. (Push Packet Reset) After the magnetic switch detects the reset of the push cylinder, it sends a signal to the PLC. Avoid stacking in the process of pushing and resetting to complete a working cycle.
