What are the stacking methods of high-position palletizing robots

Palletizers are one of the indispensable packaging machinery in current assembly line production. Its main function is to better palletize products, ensure normal packaging and handling, thereby reducing labor costs. The compressive strength is high, the stability is good, and the calculation is more accurate and reasonable.

The stacking strength and compressive strength of corrugated boxes are the two main basis for the design of corrugated boxes. Traffic conditions are becoming more modern, mechanized, and integrated. The stacking method, stacking layer, pallet placement position and other operation methods have an important influence on the stacking strength. The stacking method is to stack the goods on pallets. There is no overlap at all.

Positive and negative movement: This method is the same as bricklaying, with good overlap between layers and high cargo stability. This method is mostly used for rectangular pallets.

Crosscut: This is the odd and even layers stacked on pallets in different directions. This method can only be applied to square pallets. The operation is relatively simple, and there is overlap between layers. Especially when using autoencoders, this is a good method.

Rotational interlacing: This method changes the direction by 90 degrees to form an overlap in each stacked layer to ensure stability. Since holes are easily formed in the middle of the automatic stacker, the surface utilization rate of the stacker is reduced.

Stacking strength and stacking load Stacking strength refers to the load that the stored corrugated boxes can withstand before they collapse when corrugated boxes are stacked under static pressure. It can be tested through experiments, and the compressive strength can be estimated through testing. The stacking strength load refers to the load of low cartons, or the stacking strength of low cartons. The lower box is intensively compressed during flat stacking, and the lower box is eccentrically compressed during staggered and cantilever stacking.
