An important path for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing

From a technical perspective, intelligent manufacturing integrates information technology, advanced manufacturing technology, automation technology, intelligent technology and advanced enterprise management technology;

From an implementation perspective, it includes the development of smart products, the application of smart equipment, and the establishment of smart products from the bottom up. Line, build smart workshops, build smart factories, practice smart R&D, form smart logistics and supply chain systems, develop smart management, promote smart services, and realize smart decision-making;

From an innovative perspective, smart manufacturing is based on a new generation of information technology. Traditional management concepts, production methods, and business models have brought revolutionary and subversive influences.

The first step is the current situation assessment. Diagnose and analyze the enterprise management and intelligent manufacturing architecture, and evaluate the information and automation status and application capabilities of the enterprise’s intelligent manufacturing. Generally, a combination of questionnaire surveys, on-site surveys, employee interviews and other research methods are used to find out the status quo of intelligent manufacturing of the enterprise, evaluate key performance indicators, and obtain the level of intelligent manufacturing of the enterprise.

Therefore, in the process of intelligent manufacturing construction, companies need to regularly evaluate, track, summarize construction results and discover construction problems, and propose medium- and long-term top-level plans and short-term construction plans on this basis to optimize and improve construction capabilities and levels.
