The stacker is mainly composed of upper beam, lower beam, loading platform, column, horizontal running mechanism, lifting mechanism, fork mechanism, safety protection device, electric control cabinet and electric control system.
(1) Main structure
The main structure of stacker is mainly composed of upper beam, column, lower beam and control cabinet support.The upper and lower crossbeams are welded into box structure by steel plate and section steel, with good cross-section performance. The running axle holes on both sides of the lower crossbeam are processed by floor boring and milling machine at one time, which ensures the parallel axis of the driving and passive wheels, thus improving the running stability of the whole machine. The column is made of square steel pipe, and two flat steel guide rails are welded on both sides of the square steel pipe at one time, and the surface of the guide rail is hardenedReasonable, good wear resistance.The automatic welding technology with special device is adopted in the welding, which effectively overcomes the deformation of the whole structure; the upper beam is welded on the column, and the column and the lower beam are positioned by flange and connected by high-strength bolts. (2) Loading platform
The loading platform is a part that moves vertically up and down through the power traction of the lifting mechanism. It is an L-shaped structure welded by the vertical frame and the horizontal frame. The vertical frame is used to install the lifting guide wheel and some safety protection devices.The horizontal frame is made of seamless steel tube, which can fully meet the requirements of loading.
(3) Horizontal operating mechanism
The horizontal running mechanism is composed of power drive and active and passive wheel set, which is used for the operation of the whole equipment in the direction of roadway.
(4) Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is composed of driving motor, drum, sliding group and wire rope, which is used to lift the loading platform for vertical movement.
(5) Fork mechanism
The telescopic mechanism of fork is a mechanism composed of power drive and upper, middle and lower trigemines, which is used to store and store goods perpendicular to the direction of roadway.The lower fork is fixed on the loading platform, and the three trigemines are driven by the chain to do linear differential expansion.
(6) Guide wheel device
The stacker is equipped with three sets of guide wheels: upper and lower horizontal guide wheels and lifting guide wheels. The upper and lower horizontal guide wheels are respectively installed on the upper and lower beams to guide the stacker to move horizontally along the roadway direction.The lifting guide wheel is installed on the loading platform and moves up and down along the column guide rail to guide the vertical movement of the loading platform.
