I’ll show you how the automated warehouse is composed.

Automated warehouse is a new concept in logistics warehousing.The use of three-dimensional warehouse equipment can realize the rationalization of high-level warehouse, automatic access and easy operation; automatic three-dimensional warehouse is a form of high technical level at present.

Components of automated warehouse:

1. Shelf: steel structure used to store goods.There are mainly two basic forms of welding shelf and combined shelf.

2. Pallet (container): the equipment used to carry goods, also known as working position equipment.

3. Tunnel stacker: equipment used for automatic storage and retrieval of goods.According to the structural form, it can be divided into two basic forms: single column and double column; according to the service mode, it can be divided into three basic forms: straight road, curved road and transfer car.

4. Conveyor system: the main peripheral equipment of the stereoscopic warehouse, which is responsible for transporting goods to or from the stacker.There are many kinds of conveyors, such as roller conveyor, chain conveyor, lifting table, distribution car, elevator, belt conveyor, etc.

5. AGV system: automatic guided car.According to its guiding mode, it can be divided into induction guiding car and laser guiding car.

6. WCS automatic control system: the automatic control system that drives the equipment of the automatic stereo library system.The control mode is mainly fieldbus.

7. WMS information management system: it is the core of the fully automated three-dimensional library system, and can be connected or integrated with other systems (such as ERP system).
