Magnetogyro guidance

The AGV car is equipped with a special magnetic position sensor, and a small magnet is installed on the ground along the working path. The AGV car uses the position sensor to sense the orientation of the small magnet, and then uses the gyroscope technology to repeatedly operate the working orientation of the unmanned carrier, and then completes the full-automatic handling.

Electromagnetic induction guided

Electromagnetic induction guidance is usually on the ground, along the pre-set way to bury wires, when the high-frequency current flows through the wire, the electromagnetic field around the wire, AGV car is symmetrically installed with two electromagnetic sensors, the intensity of the electromagnetic signal received by them is different, in order to reflect the degree of AGV car deviation from the way.

This kind of AGV car is equipped with a rotatable laser scanner, and a laser positioning sign with high reflective reflector is installed on the wall or pillar along the way of work. The AGV car emits a laser beam by virtue of the laser scanner, and then receives the laser beam reflected by the positioning signs around. The on-board computer calculates the current position and movement direction of the AGV car, and uses the built-in numberWord map to complete the comparison to check the orientation, and then complete the automatic transportation.
