1. Forklift + shuttle vehicle (RGV)

This system is mainly composed of shuttle car, forklift and shuttle rack. It overcomes the characteristics of slow access speed of through rack and poor stability of rack system. A worker can remotely control multiple shuttle cars to enter the goods storage area to complete the access operation. It has good flexibility and improves the operation efficiency.

2. Stacker + shuttle vehicle (RGV)

This system is mainly composed of stacker, shuttle car, shuttle car shelf, WMS and WCs. In essence, it takes the stacker as the main body. As the “fork” of the stacker, the shuttle car can be extended infinitely. Therefore, it has high storage density. It can also be combined by a stacker and multiple shuttle cars to improve the operation efficiency.

3. Child and mother car

This system is mainly composed of shuttle bus, shuttle rack, elevator, conveyor line, WMS and WCs. It is a perfect combination of intensive storage and automatic operation.Compared with the stacker system, first of all, the single machine structure of the sub parent car is simpler, which means that there are fewer fault points; second, the storage density is higher; third, the emergency treatment is more timely. When the stacker fails, the whole tunnel operation will stop, affecting the system operation efficiency, but the sub parent car working by layer can reduce or even avoid such problems through reasonable schedulingFourth, it is very energy-saving. Under the same load of one ton, the dead weight of the stacker can reach 5-8 tons, and the energy consumption is even more than 20 kW, while the power consumption of the sub and parent car system is only 3 kW.

4. Four way shuttle vehicle (RGV)

This system is mainly composed of shuttle car, hoist, rail conveyor line and shuttle rack, WCS, etc. it can complete the “front and back left and right” operation, and cooperate with the hoist to realize the storage and sorting of any location in the three-dimensional space. It has very high flexibility, safety and stability. It is suitable for low flow and high-density storage, as well as high flow and high-density storageAnd it is very adaptable to the site.
