When the new and old block rubber are used together, there is a difference in height, resulting in the big and small ends of the ground glass.It is necessary to replace all the block rubber or the whole conveyor chain.
4. Uneven level caused by conveyor chain.The conveying chain at one end of the glass inlet and the conveying chain at one end of the glass outlet are not in a straight line (not horizontal) with the front and rear pressing plates.First of all, adjust the height of the guide rail at one end of the glass (which can be achieved by adjusting the travel screw under the guide rail), so that the 2500 long glass can be pasted on the conveyor chain of the guide rail from beginning to end when grinding the edge (after the glass enters the press plate 40cm, pay attention to two places: whether the glass on the conveyor chain under the press plate and the glass on the conveyor chain on the right side of the machine is still pasted)If the glass on the conveyor chain under the pressure plate leaves the conveyor chain and is lifted up, it is necessary to lower the guide rail travel screw on the right A-frame until it is flat; if the glass tail on the rightmost conveyor chain of the machine is tilted (empty), it is necessary to raise the guide rail travel screw on the right A-frame until it is flat.The adjustment level of the conveyor chain on the left side of the machine also follows this principle.
5. The head, tail or middle cannot be polished.The head and tail can’t be polished, and the sprocket of the back row of the main glass has displacement, which leads to the displacement of the glass when it moves forward.First, remove the two end machine sleeves, and correct the height and angle of the two sprockets on the other end of the glass, subject to the consistency of the two sprockets on the gearbox.
The middle cannot be polished or polished well: the front and rear pressing plates are too loose, and the glass sinks during grinding, resulting in too much grinding in the middle of the glass, resulting in the middle cannot be polished or insufficient polishing.Just take apart the case and fasten the splint chain.
