BASIC EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS

BASIC CONSTRUCTION 基本要求

Contractor hereby represents and warrants that the construction materials being provided or used by contractor or any subcontractor in connection with the project covered by this contract do not contain asbestos, glass, or any hazardous substance.

Equipment shall be acceptable for use in a FSIS/USDA-inspected facility.

• Equipment shall be capable of withstanding standard Hormel clean-up procedures as described in the Clean-Up Procedures Appendix.设备应能承受荷美尔标准清洗程序,清洗程序见附录。

Any compressed air used for blowing on the product or product contact surface must be filtered to a minimum of 0.01 micron level and 95% dry air. Lubrication points shall be easy to find and access when machine is in normal operation. 在机器正常运转时润滑点应便于查找和使用。

• Components susceptible to water, dust, or particulate damage shall be properly protected.

Machine changeovers, set-up, and teardowns shall be intuitive and easy to perform. 换产,重装,和拆解应当直观和容易执行的。

Provide adequate visibility to the mechanical components of the machine so its performance can be monitored from a safe area. Use redundant components or systems to minimize delays when downtime is not acceptable. ELECTRICAL 电气

All equipment shall be provided for use with 380V/3phase, 220V/1phase, (specify after consulting with Hormel Corporate Electrical Engineering). 所有设备应提供用于380V /三相,220V /单相(特别需向荷美尔公司电气工程咨询)。

Industrial machinery shall be labeled with the CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) or CE mark indicating the equipment meets all the applicable Chinese Guo Biao (GB) or EU Directives and Harmonization Standards. The equipment must also meet the Chinese Guo Biao (GB) JB/T Machinery standard. 工业机械应标有CCC(中国强制认证)或CE标记表明设备符合所有适用的中国国标(GB)或欧盟指令和相应标准。该设备还必须符合中国国标(GB)JB/T机械标准。

All industrial machinery shall be supplied with a lockable main disconnecting means. If over-current and short-circuit protection is required for the machinery, this shall be included in the main disconnecting means. 所有的工业机械应配备一个可锁定的主断路装置。如果过流和短路保护是对机械的要求,这应包括在主要的切断装置。

Industrial machinery shall be designed for only one electrical supply to the machine. If control power is required, this shall be derived from a control power supply within the machinery industrial control panel assembly. All industrial control panel assemblies with power circuits shall be designed and constructed to have a minimum short circuit current rating (SCCR) as determined from the following table:

Controls, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interface terminals (HMI), and their associated software, shall be Siemens or equal and pre-approved by Foods Corporate Engineering.. 控件,包括可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),人机界面(HMI),终端设备及其相关的软件,将使用西门子或相当部件且由食品公司工程提前批准。

All enclosures shall be IP66 enclosure constructed of stainless steel or other approved material. All control panels (at least 200 mm deep) installed in wet, cold (< 10° C), or wash down environment, shall include devices that will keep the interior dry. Approved devices include Parker Balston CD Series cabinet dryers and Hoffman H20MIT with vent drain.

For equipment requiring assembly in the field, all electrical wiring and terminations shall be done by personnel licensed to do electrical work in the state the equipment is installed.

All motors to be used in a hose wash down area shall be totally enclosed with cast end bells and externally mounted make-up box. 所有的电机在需要有水管冲洗的地区应有全封闭的护头盖和特制的固定好的盒子。

RELIABILITY AND MAINTAINABILITY可靠性和可维护性

The equipment supplier shall provide a document with a list of all common failure modes to include the following: 设备供应商应提供一个文件一个包括一切故障表列表:

• Estimated repair time and procedure •预计修复时间和程序

The method used for determining these failure modes (reliability centered maintenance analysis, FMEA, etc.) shall be stated.

The definitions and criteria used to evaluate the reliability and maintainability of equipment shall be clearly stated. (for example: SMRP, SAE, ASME, DoD)

The equipment supplier shall document and provide commissioning procedures including pre-startup alignment, balancing, initial equipment settings, and lubrication requirements at least fourteen days prior to receipt of equipment. Final settings shall be documented in the equipment maintenance manual.

Equipment must satisfy OSHA/NIOSH or CE requirements to be free of recognized hazards.

• The machine shall include methods to lock out any and all applicable hazards including electrical, air, hydraulic, steam, chemical, refrigeration, and / or stored energy sources. •

Areas of equipment which need to be accessed by the machine operator on a frequent basis to perform a routine function, such as to clear jams, shall have some method(s) which allows the operator safe access to the area while complying with all OSHA or CE requirements. If standard lock-out methods would result in excessive downtime for restarting the equipment process, an Alternative Measures of Protections as defined by OSHA shall be provided and be protected by Category 3 controls as defined as ANSI B11.19 or EN954-1. These methods shall keep critical components of the machine energized to minimize machine downtime while protecting the operator from any hazardous energy. Risk assessment shall be done for any equipment using a PLC or computer for control or likely to cause serious harm. Basic risk assessment process shall meet ANSI B11.TR3-2000, ANSI/RIA 15.06-1999, or ANSI/PMMI B155.1-2006 standard. Safety risks shall be reduced to an acceptable level as defined in the above standards. Documentation of the risk assessment shall be furnished to Hormel Foods as part of the completed equipment manual.

TRAINING 培训

Classroom and hands-on operator and craftsmen training shall be provided and completed prior to start-up of equipment as needed to instruct employees on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures as described in the provided manuals. An estimate of the cost to provide the training and the time required to deliver the training shall be provided by the supplier. All training must include an agenda, list of learning objectives, and a post training skills assessment.

The cost and duration of on-site start-up service shall be specified by the supplier.

Equipment to be supplied with (2) printed and (1) electronic copy of maintenance and operating manuals to include the following:
