1. Task management: the scheduling system receives the replenishment requests from different devices, generates specific feeding tasks, and forms a task list according to the sequence; receives the replenishment completion signal from the device, and clears the corresponding feeding tasks from the list.
2. Vehicle management: the dispatching system forms AGV list according to the IP number sequence of AGV in the wireless LAN. AGV sends status and location information to the dispatching system every interval. AGV list updates the status and current location of each AGV at any time to manage all vehicles.
3. Vehicle scheduling: for each feeding task, the scheduling system selects the appropriate charging station according to the current status of all AGVs for automatic charging.
4. Path planning: the scheduling system shall plan the driving route for the AGV carrying out the feeding task, and change the route for the AGV at any time in case of emergency (two vehicles meet, etc.).
5. Traffic control: when multiple AGVs pass the same intersection or drive in opposite directions on the same passage, they will command multiple AGVs to pass or choose other routes to avoid according to the task priority, AGV priority and other judgment conditions.
6. Status monitoring: the communication status of all AGVs, equipment and dispatching system shall be displayed on the visual interface; feeding task list; AGV working status list; factory map; the position of each AGV shall be displayed in the map and updated in real time; operation status, fault alarm and inquiry of dispatching system.
7. Human computer interaction: set the login and operation authority of ordinary users and administrators; in addition to status monitoring, the system shall provide operation log and help instructions for users to consult.
