1. Enter the sorting code panel operation.
When the goods are transported to the warehouse by the car, the car aligns the tail to the unloading point and matches the driving path of the AGV trolley. At this time, the control center issues a task to dispatch the nearby AGV trolley to the unloading point, and the AGV trolley will transport the whole container of goods to the cargo storage conveyor line according to the preset travel path. Because the number of AGV trolleys is limited and the quantity of goods stored in the warehouse is large, each AGV trolley will cyclically complete the “pick-and-drop” task. In addition, the AGV trolley transports the stacks of empty pallets to the empty pallet splitting equipment for splitting, ensuring that the goods and the matching supply of the pallets are followed up at the same time.
2. Intelligent transfer area operations
The operations in the intelligent transfer storage area are all automatically completed by the AGV trolley. After the cargo pallet is completed, the AGV trolley takes out the entire pallet from the interface, transports it according to the pre-laid running route, and transports the entire pallet to the interface of the storage area. Since there are multiple exits and interfaces for the entire pallet, each AGV trolley takes out the goods from the designated interface of the conveyor sorting code panel according to the instructions of the control management system, and then automatically runs to any warehouse area interface set by the system. Complete the automatic sorting and transportation of the entire pallet. At the same time, the entire operation process is carried out under the coordination of the control and management system, ensuring smooth traffic and orderly operations, improving the efficiency of transshipment and warehousing operations, and increasing the flexibility of the entire system.
3. Smart output area operation
The operations of the intelligent transfer out of the warehouse area are also completed by the AGV trolley. According to the operation instructions issued by the control management system, the AGV trolley drives from the pre-determined route to the outbound chain machine to remove the entire pallet of goods, and then transfers to the automatic disassembly delivery area interface according to the transfer. There are also multiple pallet interfaces and disassembly shipping area interfaces for the transfer out of the warehouse area. The AGV cart can take out the goods from the designated interface under the order of the system, and then automatically run to the warehouse area interface set by the system to complete The automatic sorting and conveying of the entire pallet, under the control of the traffic management system, the AGV trolleys strictly follow the prescribed path and drive and operate independently of each other, and they can also yield to each other, which increases the smoothness and flexibility of the operation.
4. The goods out of the warehouse from the automatic disassembly and delivery area are transported by the telescopic belt conveyor to the rear of the delivery vehicle. According to the “principle of proximity”, the control system arranges the nearest AGV trolley to reach the rear of the vehicle according to a preset path, and then expand and contract. The goods on the belt conveyor are removed and stacked neatly and orderly in the carriage, which avoids manual stacking and improves work efficiency. The empty pallets and zero pallets after the goods are split are put into storage by the AGV trolley. The entire process can realize unmanned operation, which improves the intelligent level of warehouse operations.
