交叉滚子轴承用于高精度工业机器人手臂和精密机床领域,尖端设备对轴承精度要求极高,NSK轴承专注于P5级以上高精度交叉滚子轴承研制,在此类轴承加工中,除了零件尺寸精度需要达到要求外,轴承装配也很重要,交叉滚子轴承装配要点之轴承合套做下介绍。 精密较长自行车合套定义:将预先加工好的轴承套圈和滚动体以及隔离块组合配套并组装,达到设计游隙以及启动力矩的过程,此过程主要分为三个步骤: 一、.交叉滚子轴承磨加工配套:轴承终磨完成前对交叉滚子轴承进行内外圈配套,这是为轴承最后组装预先排号,减小装配测试游隙工作量,在轴承终磨时,磨工记录轴承滚道尺寸,并根据滚子尺寸计算游隙大小,达到或接近设计游隙即可对对应套圈编号记录,工后续装配查阅; 二、交叉滚子轴承组装测精度及力矩:游隙合适的轴承配套编号并测量旋转跳动值、装配高度以及启动力矩,并检查外观,各项指标合格后轴承装密封圈+注脂,确保轴承旋转灵活即为成品出货。 三、交叉滚子轴承装配试游隙:轴承套圈完成磨加工进入装配车间后,装配人员在恒温车间根据原始磨加工尺寸选择滚子进行试装,螺栓预紧后用仪器测量实际游隙,如果游隙合适进入下流程,否则更换滚子或者返修套圈。
